A: No worries — the bag features a structural locking mechanism that keeps it stable, even when dragging it with a heavy load.

Q: How long is the warranty for this rolling cooler bag?

Q: Does this hold ice good and how long does it stay frozen?

A: It depends. If the cooler is filled with 60% or more ice and kept out of direct sunlight in temperatures below 75°F, it can generally keep contents cold for up to 36–40 hours.

Q: Does it leak when tilted?

A: Zippers are not leak-proof/waterproof. However, the main compartment has a water-resistant zipper, which works better than those with non-water-resistant zippers.

Q: How can I clean the lining and the bag?

A: Simply wipe down with a damp cloth and mild soap (if necessary). Note: This cooler bag is not machine washable. Please clean and air dry thoroughly after each use for best performance.
